My Story
I first met yoga in my late teens - a quiet pull toward something ancient and steady, something that spoke without words. It was only more recently, during the stillness of lockdown and a time of deep inner unravelling, that the practice truly rooted itself in me. What began as a private sanctuary for healing grew into a soul calling - a devotion to share these sacred teachings.
I hold space for those seeking something deeper: a return to breath, to presence, to the place within that already knows. Yoga has become my way home - a path of remembrance and I would be honoured to walk a little of it with you.

What are the benefits of Yoga?

Hatha Yoga
